Well I haven't made a journal entry since 2003 so I guess its time to make one since I've actually submitted a few things.

Back when I first joined devart I submitted a few of my poems but I received some very negative feedback. All though I don't mind constructive criticism on most things I write I really wasn't ready to hear those sorts of things about my poems. To me it doesn't matter if they are good or whatever they are a piece of my soul. So I wasn't really ready for that and I took them all down. Ever since then I've been sort of afraid to upload stuff here.

But I've kind of enjoyed uploading the two things I have up as of now. So I think I'll carry on and put up some more stuff but probably none of my writing. If you want to see that there is plenty of other places to have a look, I even have a writing live journal if you're interested.

I'm going out for a walk today and am going to take my digital camera so if I take any pictures that I really like I'll probably post them up here.

So I'm new here and feeling totally dumb about everything that is going on.

I think I am going to try and post some of my poetry, but I have no idea how to go about doing that.

I guess I'll head off to figure out how. Gee, I love being a newbie.
